Personal brands for real estate agents

Become the name your market already knows.

We build premium personal brands for agents who want leverage, not leads. So when it’s time to sell, you’re the only option.

Before we go any further

We don’t do leads.

If you need leads this month, close this page and make more phone calls. Social media is not a short-term cash play. It’s a long-term investment in your visibility and your conversion rate.

This is for you if

  • You want to dominate your area, not just compete in it.
  • You can invest for years without needing a return next month.
  • You’re good at what you do and want your market to know it.
  • You’d rather be chosen than chase.

This isn’t for you if

  • You need listings this month.
  • You expect every post to produce a lead.
  • You’ll judge it after 90 days.
  • You’re shopping for the cheapest option.

What you’re actually building

A nurture machine, running 24/7 in your area.

realestate.com.au is the gold standard of property marketing, but it relies on one thing: the consumer choosing to visit. Social media works the other way. You go to them.

Your brand is delivered straight to the consumer, in your area, every day. Slowly, they come to know you, like you, trust you, and do business with you.

  1. 01

    Know

They see you in their feed, in their area, week after week.

  2. 02

    Like

They get a feel for who you are and how you work.

  3. 03

    Trust

They watch you help people like them, again and again.

  4. 04

    Choose

When it’s time to sell, there’s only one name in their mind.

The new playbook

The agent who looks further wins.

There are five stages of consumer awareness. Most agents only work the very bottom: the people ready to sell right now.

The agent who starts working with prospects before they’re ready will dominate the industry. It’s already happening. We help consumers choose who they’ll sell with, before they even want to sell.

  1. 01 · Unaware

Not thinking about selling at all

  2. 02 · Problem aware

Starting to wonder what their home is worth

  3. 03 · Solution aware

Thinking about a move in the next few years

  4. 04 · Product aware

    Quietly comparing agents

  5. 05 · Most aware

    Ready to list right now

Fully customer-centric

Your brand doesn’t exist to help you. It exists to help them.

If you truly believe you’re good at what you do, you are of service to others. They are not of service to you. It’s not about what they can do for you. It’s about what you can do for them.

What success looks like

When it’s time to sell, the decision is obvious.

  1. 01

You call a prospect and they tell you they already know you.

  2. 02

They tell you they’ve been seeing you everywhere.

  3. 03

You walk into a listing appointment and win 8 out of 10, not 3 out of 10.

It’s possible because they already know you, like you and trust you. Other agents might try to win the listing before you get back to them, but in their mind there’s only one option. If you invest in yourself and play the long game, that could be you.

The advantage

Escape the commodity.

There is more pressure on commission than ever. The easiest way to differentiate yourself in any market is to do things that are hard to copy, and walk paths that are hard to follow.

It’s uncomfortable.

Nobody is as good on camera as they look. Everything you see is edited. Thirty cold calls wouldn’t make you a natural on the phone either. It takes reps, and every rep you push through is one anyone copying you has to push through too.

It’s expensive.

Smaller players can’t afford to build a brand properly. If you can, with a high-quality partner, you create a point of difference they’re simply priced out of.

It’s slow.

If it took three months, everyone would do it. It takes years, and that’s exactly what protects you once you’re there.

The difficulty is the advantage. Once it’s obvious to everyone, everyone will do it, and it won’t be an advantage anymore. It belongs to the early movers.

Basketball Trainer

I first began working with Ali because he’d already had an established social media and business but wanted to take it to the next level. He’s trained and built many high-level players but his presence didn’t reflect it.

After a 1-month campaign, we closed $60K worth of new team sign-ups from organic, paid and his pre-existing database. His following grew by 25% and we created multiple viral videos together.

Real Estate Coach

I first approached Peter because I realised he was sitting on a massive opportunity. He’d run 5 offices at 31, coached for the last 40 years and travelled to 5 countries for coaching. All the proof, but no presence.

After 8 months, he’s added six figures worth of coaching clients. He gets messages and emails from managers saying how much they love his content. Workshop attendees say that they’d been watching him for months before attending. When asked if they had any concerns about attending, they said “I already knew how good he was, I had no concerns at all”. He’s becoming a leading brand in the real estate coaching space.

Real Estate Agent

I was first introduced to Todd because he knew he needed to begin building a brand but didn’t know how. He’s the highest volume agent in his local area but his online presence didn’t reflect that.

After 5 months, we’re reaching 10,000 locals a month. People are reaching out and saying how much they love the videos. Their competitors have begun to copy them. We’re looking forward to seeing what the future holds.

How we work

One clear process. Three focused stages.

01

Audit

A clear picture of your brand, your audience and your competitors, and the points of difference that set you apart.

  • Branding audit
  • Brand matrix map
  • Brand gap analysis
  • Competitor analysis

02

Strategy

A brand pack, content buckets and formats that all say the same thing, so every piece of content builds the same brand.

  • Brand pack
  • Content buckets
  • Brand-aligned formats
  • Paid advertising strategy

03

Execution

We shoot, edit, caption and publish, analyse what’s working, then do it again.

  • Supported shoot days
  • Editing, captions and scheduling
  • Paid advertising campaigns
  • Performance analysis

“Building a personal brand is like planting a tree. You wouldn’t dig it up every month to check it’s growing.”

This is a long game for long-term people, not a short-term game for short-term people. We build brands that are hard to copy and impossible to ignore, for agents who want to partner with us and grow for years. Nothing good happens fast.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is content going to get me leads?

The short answer is no. This misconception exists because many other agencies will try to sell you otherwise. The truth is that content is a lead nurture device, not a lead generation device. If you expect content to replace your calls, you’re in the wrong place.

This offer is for people looking to establish authority and build trust in their local area using content. This is about nurturing the 97% of the audience who isn’t ready to make a move yet. Not a quick win, but a long-term play.

I’m not good on camera. Is this for me?

Nobody is as good on camera as you think they are. Everything you see on social media is polished and edited so the speaker never seems to stutter. The people you look up to don’t speak online the way they do in person.

It’s like getting on the phones. After 30 cold calls you wouldn’t be comfortable, and you wouldn’t think anything was wrong with you. You’d just need more reps. Post 20 times a month for a year and you’ve only done 240 reps. The discomfort is the advantage: whatever you go through to get there, anyone copying you has to go through too.

Isn’t building a personal brand expensive?

Yes, and that’s the point. Smaller players simply cannot afford to build a personal brand properly. If you’re a big office or a big agent and you invest with a high-quality partner, you create a point of difference that’s very hard to replicate, because the competition is priced out.

How long until I see results?

Building a personal brand is like planting a tree. You wouldn’t dig it up every month to check it’s growing; that’s how you stop it growing. If you can’t invest for one, two or three years without needing results, this isn’t for you.

It takes months or years to get there, and that’s the advantage. If it only took three months, it would be easy to copy.

Can’t I just do this myself, or ask my admin to do it?

You definitely can. There’s just one thing to consider. The best brands in the industry aren’t built by accident. They are built with intention by experts over a long period of time.

If you have hours of free time a week to spend ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, scheduling, analysing, iterating and architecting your brand – knock your socks off. But if you’d rather reinvest that time into higher leverage activities like listing appointments, reach out. We will build your brand, while you focus on closing deals and managing clients.
